Abstract

This is a new guide for author of Waraqat Islamic Studies Journal since January-June 2023 publication. Article by Authors Name and Affiliation Address and abstract. This abstract section should be typed in Italic font and font size of 10 pt and number of words of 150-250. Special for the abstract section, please use left margin of 25 mm, top margin of 30 mm, right and bottom margins of 30 mm. The single spacing should be used between lines in this article. If the article is written in Indonesian, the abstract should be typed. Meanwhile, if the article is written in English, the abstract should be typed in English only. The abstract should be typed as concise as possible and should be composed of: problem statement, method, scientific finding results, and short conclusion. The abstract should only be one paragraph and one-column format.

Abstract

Ini adalah panduan penulis baru dan template artikel Waraqat: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Keislaman sejak publikasi Januari-Juni 2023. Pasal harus dimulai dengan Judul Artikel diikuti dengan Nama Penulis dan Alamat Afiliasi dan abstrak. Bagian abstrak ini harus diketik dengan ukuran font 10 pt dan jumlah kata 150-250. Khusus untuk bagian abstrak, mohon gunakan margin kiri 30 mm, margin atas 30 mm, margin kanan dan bawah 30 mm. Jarak tunggal harus digunakan di antara baris dalam artikel ini. Jika artikelnya ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia, abstraknya harus diketik dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Sementara jika artikel ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris atau Arab, abstrak harus diketik dalam bahasa Inggris atau Arab saja. Abstrak harus diketik sesingkat mungkin dan harus terdiri dari: pernyataan masalah, metode, hasil temuan ilmiah, dan kesimpulan singkat. Abstrak hanya boleh diketik dalam satu format paragraf dan satu kolom.

Introduction

The introduction should contain (sequentially) a general background, a review of previous literature (state of the art) as the basis for stating the scientific novelty of the article, a statement of scientific novelty, and research problems or hypotheses. At the end of the introduction, the study objectives of the article should be stated. In the format of a scientific article, a literature review as in research reports is not allowed, but it is manifested in the form of a review of previous literature (state of the art) to demonstrate the scientific novelty of the article.

This introduction also contains the methods used in solving research problems and is not written in a separate sub-chapter.Pendahuluan harus berisi (secara berurutan) latar belakang umum, kajian literatur terdahulu (state of the art) sebagai dasar pernyataan kebaruan ilmiah dari artikel, pernyataan kebaruan ilmiah, dan permasalahan penelitian atau hipotesis. Di bagian akhir pendahuluan harus dituliskan tujuan kajian artikel tersebut. Di dalam format artikel ilmiah tidak diperkenankan adanya tinjauan pustaka sebagaimana di laporan penelitian, tetapi diwujudkan dalam bentuk kajian literatur terdahulu (state of the art) untuk menunjukkan kebaruan ilmiah artikel tersebut.

Dalam pendahuluan ini juga berisi metode yang digunakan dalam pemecahan permasalahan penelitian, dan tidak ditulis dalam sub bab tersendiri.

Result and Discussion

The results and discussion section contains the research findings and their discussion. Write down the findings obtained from the research results and they must be supported by adequate data. The research results and findings should be able to answer the research questions or hypotheses in the introduction section.

Hasil dan pembahasan berisi hasil-hasil temuan penelitian dan pembahasannya. Tuliskan temuan-temuan yang diperoleh dari hasil-hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan harus ditunjang oleh data-data yang memadai. Hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan harus bisa menjawab pertanyaan atau hipotesis penelitian di bagian pendahuluan.

Conclusion

The conclusion contains conclusions and recommendations. The conclusion describes the answers to the hypotheses and/or research objectives or the findings obtained. The conclusion does not repeat the results and discussion but rather provides a summary of the findings as expected in the objectives or hypotheses. Recommendations present what will be done regarding further ideas for the research

Penutup berisi kesimpulan dan saran. Kesimpulan menggambarkan jawaban dari hipotesis dan/atau tujuan penelitian atau temuan yang diperoleh. Kesimpulan bukan berisi perulangan dari hasil dan pembahasan, tetapi lebih kepada ringkasan hasil temuan seperti yang diharapkan di tujuan atau hipotesis. Saran menyajikan hal-hal yang akan dilakukan terkait dengan gagasan selanjutnya dari penelitian tersebut. 

Reference

All references cited in the text of the article must be listed in the References section. The References section should contain reference materials originating from primary sources (scientific journals and comprising a minimum of 80% of the entire reference list) published within the last 10 years. Each article should contain at least 10 reference lists.

Writing the References section is preferably done using reference management software such as Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, or others. The formatting of the References section used in Waraqat: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Keislaman follows the Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (Full Note) format. Citations should use the footnote system.

Semua rujukan-rujukan yang diacu di dalam teks artikel harus didaftarkan di bagian Daftar Pustaka. Daftar Pustaka harus berisi pustaka-pustaka acuan yang berasal dari sumber primer (jurnal ilmiah dan berjumlah minimum 80% dari keseluruhan daftar pustaka) diterbitkan 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir. Setiap artikel paling tidak berisi 10 (sepuluh) daftar pustaka acuan.

Penulisan Daftar Pustaka sebaiknya menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi seperti Mendeley, End Note, Zotero, atau lainnya. Format penulisan daftar pustaka yang digunakan di Waraqat: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Keislaman adalah sesuai dengan format Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (Full Note). Pengutipan menggunakan sistem footnote.

Note:

Article Writing Format follows the IMRaD model (Introduction 20% [including research question and goal of research], Method 10%, Result and Discussion 50%) + CAR (Conclusion 5%, Acknowledgment 5%, Reference 10%)

Articles written in Arabic use the Sakkal Majalla font size 16 pt, and 12 pt for the abstract, other provisions still follow the format of articles in Indonesian or English.

The minimum number of article pages is 15 pages, with a maximum of 20 pages.

The minimum acceptable similarity level in the Waraqat: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Keislaman is 30%.

NB: 

1. Format Penulisan Artikel menggunakan model IMRaD (Introduction/Pendahuluan 20% [including: research question and goal of research], Method/Metode 10%, Result and Discussion/Hasil dan Pembahasan 50%) + CAR (Conclusion/Simpulan 5%, Acknowledge/Pengakuan 5%, Reference/Referensi 10%)
2. Penulisan Artikel berbahasa Arab menggunakan font Sakkal Majalla 16 pt dan 12 pt untuk abstrak, ketentuan lain tetap mengikuti format artikel berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris.
3. Jumlah halaman artikel minimal 15 halaman, maksimal 20 halaman
4. Tingkat similarity minimal yang diterima dalam Waraqat: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Keislaman adalah 30%
